Kriti brings nearly 23 years of expertise spanning special situations investments, private credit, high yield research, and corporate acquisitions. As Managing Director at EAAA India Alternatives Limited, Kriti leads the firm’s Special Situations vertical, focusing on bespoke financing strategies. With extensive experience in structured debt solutions and complex investment strategies, Kriti specializes in identifying and executing high value opportunities across alternative asset classes.

Previously, he served as Director Investments at SSG Advisors (India) Private Limited, where he contributed to special situation investments across India and South East Asia. Earlier, as Investment Director at Edelweiss Special Opportunities Fund (ESOF) under EAAA, he was instrumental in setting up the fund and also managed all fund’s investments end to end. Prior to that, Kriti was Vice President, Special Situations Investment at Lehman Brothers, contributing to the firm’s special situations investment activities in India and South East Asia.

Kriti holds an MBA (Finance) from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and B-Tech. (Electrical Engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
