He has wide experience with supporting investors through due diligence and value creation right till investment exit. He has led several transformation programs at mid-sized and large corporations in Asia and globally. Passionate about powering businesses through technology, Madhur firmly believes that business advisory in the future will be created through a combination of deep data and research approaches, practitioner expertise, and digital technologies.

He is well quoted in several leading business dailies like The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, The Economic Times, Business Standard, Financial Express, The Times of India, etc. He has co-authored many seminal publications like the India Investment Pulse Report, Bharat Nirman Report, Private Credit Landscape Report with Indian VC and PE Association, India Philanthropy Report, and many more. He holds a significant position in the Indian and global private investment landscape and gives back as a knowledge Partner to many government and quasi-government bodies.

Prior to this, he was a Partner at the global consultancy major – Bain & Company, in India and USA. He was one of the global leaders in the Private Equity Group and has been a thought leader in technology, consumer, and financial services.

At leisure, he enjoys quality time with his wife and two children. An avid coin collector, Madhur loves to travel and experience different cultures and likes to learn from his surroundings. He also loves mentoring startups and collaborating with people from all walks of life.
