2013-2015: Yash shadowed industry leaders with diverse management style to build insights into different sectors in India from lending, consumer brands, retail and financial services. He has worked with Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited across several functions, including working closely with the top management & participating in investment committee discussions. The credit committee oversaw a book of $2.4 Bn loan book.

2015: Singularity Ventures was born under the guidance of Madhu Kela and Yash’s leadership. Yash became a pivotal player in driving private investments into multiple companies. Yash’s influence extends beyond capital allocation, as he actively engages with these companies by assuming board positions and spearheading strategic initiatives. His journey has seen him acquiring knowledge and insights from pioneers across various domains, including housing finance, commercial vehicle financing, venture capital, consumer brands, and organized retail within the fashion and home sectors. Singularity Ventures invested proprietary capital across Funds and direct investment into companies from 2016-2021 leading to insights and learnings into the world of investments.

2018: Arrivae – Yash founded Arrivae, an integrated custom home interiors platform that has revolutionized the industry. This venture has not only disrupted the market but has also attracted substantial follow-on capital from marquee investors.

2020: Singularity AMC LLP – The Investment Manger platform was enabled to manage investments for UHNI & Institutional clients into Private and listed Equity in India. Yash’s strategic vision extends to partnerships with leading GPs (General Partners) early in their fund journeys. He has also collaborated with Artha Ventures, solidifying his reputation as a forward-thinking investor. His entrepreneurial spirit, strategic acumen, and commitment to innovation have not only shaped Singularity Ventures and AMC but have also made a significant impact on the PE and growth equity investment landscape in India. Singularity AMC LLP has been acting as Investment Manager to Singularity Growth Opportunities Fund, a SEBI registered CAT II Alternate Investment Fund with two schemes, Singularity Growth Opportunities Fund I (560 Crores ), Singularity Growth Opportunities Fund II (Target Corpus 1500+500 Cr) ,Singularity Fund of Funds II(Target Corpus 400+100 Cr) and Singularity Equity Fund I ( Target Corpus 5000Cr) wherein Mr. Yash Kela has been acting as Chief Investment Officer (CIO). His responsibilities includes developing and implementing investment strategy, identification and selection of portfolio companies, manage and develop investment team, implementation, supervise and oversee investment process etc.
