Kishlaya has a cumulative 15 years of experience, of which 11 years have been in the infrastructure sector. This includes the experience at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) for the past 7 plus years, working as a Project Team Leader (Deal Lead) for sourcing, preparation, approval, documentation, and implementation of Private Equity / Venture Capital projects.

In his current role as Senior Investment Officer, he is responsible for investments in Private Equity / Venture Capital funds and co-investments which are investing in various digital initiatives / technology-enabled infrastructure across AIIB member countries in South and Southeast Asia.

Kishlaya is based out of Abu Dhabi, AIIB’s first global operations hub (outside Beijing headquarters).
