Subramaniam Krishnan is a Partner in Ernst & Young’s Private Equity & Financial Services – Tax and Regulatory Services practice, based in Mumbai. He has over 25 years of experience in advising and assisting financial services industry participants and private equity, venture capital, private credit and hedge funds on a range of tax and regulatory issues. Subramaniam is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. Subramaniam is a member of the Fund Management Advisory Committee constituted by the International Financial Services Centres Authority and a former member of the Alternative Investment Policy Advisory Committee constituted by the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
