Ashu Suyash is a seasoned leader with over three decades in financial services and global information sectors. As Founder & CEO of Colossa Ventures, she fosters innovation, drives growth, and champions diversity in venture capital.

Previously, Ashu was MD & CEO of CRISIL Limited and a member of S&P Global’s Global Operating Committee, steering CRISIL’s transformation into a leading global analytics firm. She also served as CEO of L&T Investment Management, and Managing Director and Country Head of Fidelity’s Indian Mutual Fund business that she helped set up. This followed a successful career at Citibank India across the Corporate and Investment Bank.

Beyond executive roles, she contributes to corporate governance as an Independent Director on the Boards of Hindustan Unilever, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Tata Elxsi, and as a member of CII’s Corporate Governance Council. She also drives impact and innovation as a member of the Advisory Board of Aseema Charitable trust and Marico Innovation Foundation.

Ashu is a Chartered Accountant with a Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai. She has been recognized among the top 50 women in business in India and Asia, earning multiple accolades for her contributions to finance and society.
