Ranjith is a Partner and Managing Director at Chiratae Ventures. He is keen on early-stage investments in health-tech and online B2B domains. He is eager to collaborate and partner with passionate founders who can leverage technology to address development gaps in India and potentially scale their ventures worldwide.

Since 2007, Ranjith has been actively investing in technology startups across India and has played a pivotal role in the growth of several Chiratae portfolio companies, including Myntra (acquired by Flipkart), Fintellix (acquired by Verisk), Sourcebits (acquired by Globo-Plc), and AasaanJobs (acquired by Naspers).

He is currently working with Uniphore, Redcliffe, ExMyB, and Mili, among others.
He also serves on the Investment Committee of the BIRAC LEAP Fund.

Prior to joining Chiratae, he spent a few years designing aircraft engines for Pratt & Whitney and undertaking aero-structural design work for Airbus. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Bangalore University and an MBA from Great Lakes Institute of Management.
